Beef pasta bake

Dinner tonight: beef (lean mince) pasta bake with onions, red pepper, mushrooms, garlic and tomatoes plus carrots, followed by .....


...banana, syn free lemon curd dip and 1/2 syn of Choc Shot. Yum!
